Project Brief
Picking up part way through another signage company’s project when the incumbent failed to meet the client’s required performance, is how John Anthony Signs gained an additional 90 sites to sign on a project that already had a remit to fit-out 180 sites. The project, to roll-out new signs for a string of 14 different branded estate agents across 270 sites, had originally been split equally between John Anthony Signs and another sign company. However, due to poor performance by the other sign company, John Anthony Signs was given the remainder of the project part way through the roll-out, by Sequence, the operating company for the 14 estate agencies.
With signs ranging from awnings, fascias, projecting signs, window graphics and ‘open hours’ signs, for each of the 14 companies, the project demanded a high level of liaison and project management to ensure each sign was manufactured to meet varying branding criteria and installed to fit perfectly. The programme called for the fitting-out of 15 sites per week and took just 2 months for the John Anthony Signs’ team to complete.
